Some WIPs for Beat to Quaters. Loads more done- should have the finals up later this week! Was gonna try and do 'em this weekend, but it was my birthday so I slacked off! (There's the rough layout for the new version of the cover there... will post tighter one tonight)

Currently hard at work on the art for the new Duty & Honour RPG expansion- Beat to Quaters. Naval battles and pirates on the high seas! Great game- art to follow soon...

Found an old sketch of Spiderwoman. Don't know what it was for, but thought I'd slap a few colours on it as a warm-up.

(edit) tweaked this a bit in photoshop as it looked awful, so here's the new one...

Adrian and The Lovemonkey

I recently received the shocking news that my good friend and sometime collaborator, Adrian Kermode, passed away. He worked on the famous Petra Etc. and his self-published Doctor Sorrow. He was a man filled with great ideas and a fabulous sense of humour.

We only got to publish one of our mutual works together- a short story of Doctor Lovemonkey (based on an old nickname of mine- don't ask) which saw publication in an issue of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.

By way of tribute, here are the six pages.

I hope that Adrian is looking down on us somewhere with a glass of whiskey in hand. He was a genuinely wonderful person and he will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to those he has left behind.

This one here's a 'Green Man' done as the tip-in illustration plate for the wonderful Hotspur magazine
